1. I love collecting pigs – pig ornaments, cute plush pigs, pig prints....yep weird I known (ever since Babe – the movie I’ve been a pig fan)

And thanks to Skye for this award!!

I have to pick another 5 so.....I’ll pick 6 awards in total for the Kreativ blog award....coz picking 11 different people is too many (and I’m lazy)......

My picks are:
Clair Bremner: her photo's are amazing, her kids are too and I love her scrapping style!!
Debee Campos: her art- no not just scrapping, it's art ROCKS! her use of paint, layering and stitching is too cool for skool! ;)
Ruby Bisson: 1. is only 14. 2. her scrapping is so fresh, funky and bright - and she breaks all the rules. 3. is the kindest thing on earth!!
Skye: sorry....you don't have to do this twice....you know i luv ya work, you are the power scrapper, and constantly coming up with fresh ideas!
Nichole Denuke - she's a DT for American Crafts - but I've loved her style since 2peas days - the sweetest soul and cutest scrapper!!

I had a fabulous weekend - after I picked up Skye from the train station we headed to the new Kaisercraft Outlet for the first Kaisercraft 100-to-1 Scrap Off Competition.

and Oh my gosh - what a day it was!! A (large) room filled with scrappers of all ages - ready to 'scrap off' for the main prize - a $300 Kaisercraft voucher!! It was a fantastic day, we had good company, great prizes (thanks to Scrapbook Creations and Fiskars), yummy chocolate biscuits for arvo tea (thanks to Carolyn Kaiser) and great products to scrap with!!

The day was won by Christie Clarke, runner up was my good friend Skye (am so proud of you hunni!!) :) All those who took part in the day, you all did a fantastic job!! To scrap layout's in 30 minutes/ a BTP in a hour - with the all the added detail - OMG you all should be proud of your efforts!!

The day raised $1,500 for the overseas causes Kaisercraft support, which is an FANTASTIC effort!!

Here's a few piccy's from the day!!

WARNING!! Sneak Peeks ahead!

Apart from Kaisercraft's new products....

I had a lonely kind of weekend - Sleeping in, feeling hungover, KFC, going to bed early (from the hangover), scrapbooking, a little bit of grocery shopping, reading the newspaper, playing with photo’s on photo shop and a fair bit of feeling very sorry for myself for reasons I can’t explain on my blog….but anyways I’ve got a lot of thinking to do and I’m pretty dissppointed in myself right now…

Anyway, on Friday night (31 october) I had a friend’s 22nd Halloween themed party – I went as a pirate! Arghh me matey!!

Anyway’s apart from that happening. I also scrapbooked – a layout, my entry for Kaisercraft’s 100-to-1 Scrap Off competition and a circle journal entry…

Here’s a couple of layouts completed lately and my CJ entry for Christine’s ‘Lessons learnt from Children’ CJ over at the Scrapbooking Memories forum:
