I needed to read this at that point in time. Over the past few weeks I've been feeling a little lost. Last week's Monday Motivation quote may have hinted at that.
A lot of niggling fights (the silly kind) with my partner, work stress, being away from family and post holiday/Christmas blues has built up this feeling.
I have a tendancy to pick out the negatives and quite often not recognise, let alone appreciate the good stuff.
So in keeping with my monthly goals - here's to smiling more and appreciating the good stuff in life.
